Jen Stafford
CEO & Co-Founder
Jen’s career in digital and advertising spans over 20 years, including industry experience with clients of tourism, travel, banking, e-commerce, food service, nonprofits, education, sports, and retail, among others. She has worked with major brands such as the NFL, McDonald’s, Fanatics, Red Bull, The Ad Council, Marriott International, Discovery, and more. Jen also served several years as a board member for both the American Advertising Federation US Virgin Islands chapter and the Caribbean Advertising Federation.
Jen oversees client relationship management, digital marketing, strategy, content, UX, and implementation. When not engaged in those activities, you can find her spending time with her wife, keeping busy with their two young daughters, getting high-fives from their dog, Roz, scuba diving, Rollerblading, or bragging about that one time she was on “Legends of the Hidden Temple” as a kid.
Tina Bobango
CTO & Co-Founder
Tina’s career in development and technology extends over 16 years, with a successful track record of incorporating business requirements into cost-effective, user-friendly solutions. Her expertise with Microsoft and Linux services and frameworks, along with her unique brand experience, allows her to determine the best solutions for your company. Tina has built websites and web applications for companies in electronics, retail, sports, construction and financial industries. Her background ensures she can help with something as simple as a website update, all the way to providing full custom web solutions for your company.
When not rolling up her sleeves to provide development support by writing code herself and leading our team of developers, Tina is usually spending time with her husband, their two sons and dogs, or hitting the tennis court or Ultimate Frisbee field.
Sean Wagoner
Senior UI/UX Designer + Frontend Developer
Sean has 11 years of experience developing web applications as a UI/UX Designer + Frontend Developer. He is passionate about delivering delightful customer experiences and remaining current with the latest design and technical trends. His hybrid experience as a designer first, through his knowledge of frontend development, makes his skill set desirable for whatever part of the process a project is on. From the early phases of concepting and wireframes all the way to prototyping and frontend implementation, Sean can help bring your idea to life.
In his spare time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three beautiful daughters. Additionally, he's a savvy real estate investor and co-owns over eight properties in Jacksonville with his brother. He and his wife also co-own a mobile bartending company that slings drinks for events all over town. And somehow he also finds the time to be active in his church and play guitar for the praise team. So if you need a place to live, a full-service bartending team or musical talent for your next event, Sean is your guy!
Jonathan Birbal
Senior Web Developer
Jonathan has 11 years of experience in web and healthcare development. He is a problem solver and always strives to give the client a quality product.
His development experience includes healthcare, education and cloud based solutions. He is knowledgeable about HIPAA, HL7 interfaces and various healthcare EMR. Being certified as an AWS solution architect, Jon can advise and develop solutions in the cloud. Working with many different clients, he can switch from various different programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, PHP, or .NET to deliver clean and effective code. He is a skilled ballroom dancer and a loving husband and father.
Caitlin Kirkpatrick
Project Manager
Caitlin brings over 13 years of management experience to CTRL+ALT Digital where she oversees technical project management and also applies her keen eye for detail to help with quality assurance (QA) for all client projects. She began her career in retail management at Starbucks, driving high-volume stores while coaching and mentoring peers. In 2020, she made a career change to data analytics becoming the team lead at her previous job, improving workflows and timelines while supporting the team’s workload.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys cooking (we’d put her tres leches cake up next to any chef’s!), going to the gym, running, and spending time with her boyfriend and their two cats, Rupert and Dax.

Designs
Once the research phase is complete and we have an understanding of your company’s main objectives and expectations, we move to the design phase. We employ a design-thinking approach to our projects with the goal being to not make the users have to think.
Development
Our development principles revolve around the user experience. Mobile first is always a priority, with a focus on agile methodology practices and seamless integration.
