Antalytics · Marketing Data Platform

Every marketing number, in one place, every morning.

Antalytics is the reporting platform behind CTRL+ALT Digital. It pulls your Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and call-tracking data into a single database each night, then turns it into dashboards that actually reconcile — so you stop guessing which channel is working.

The problem

Your marketing data doesn’t disagree. Your reports do.

Google says one number. Microsoft says another. The call tracker says something else again, and nobody is quite sure whether a phone call that started as a paid click has been counted once or twice.

Most agencies solve this by exporting spreadsheets once a month and stitching them together by hand. It takes the better part of a day, it introduces mistakes, and the report is out of date before it lands in your inbox.

What that costs you

  • Budget decisions made on last month’s picture
  • Phone leads counted twice, making cost-per-lead look better than it is
  • No way to compare Google and Microsoft on equal terms
  • Hours of manual work that produce a static PDF
  • Numbers that can’t be traced back to a source when someone questions them
The platform

Built to make one honest number

Antalytics collects from each platform’s official API on a schedule, maps everything onto a common daily structure, and stores it where a dashboard can read it.

Collect

Nightly, automatically

A scheduled job hits each platform’s API once a day and writes the previous day’s rows. Every run logs the period it covered and how many rows it wrote, so a failure is visible instead of silent.

Normalize

One shape for every channel

Google and Microsoft describe the same ideas with different field names and different grain. We map both onto a common daily per-campaign schema — which is what makes a side-by-side comparison mean anything.

Report

Dashboards, not attachments

The stored data feeds a live dashboard for each account. Open it whenever you like and see yesterday’s performance, not a snapshot someone built three weeks ago.

Connected sources

Where the numbers come from

Each connector authenticates against the platform’s own API using credentials we hold, scoped to the accounts we manage for you.

Paid search

Google Ads

Daily campaign and ad-group rows — impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and which conversion action actually fired.

Paid search

Microsoft Advertising

The same metrics on the same grain, so Bing stops being the spend nobody remembers to include in the total.

Call tracking

CallRail

Inbound calls and their attribution. Most service businesses get leads by phone, so calls have to sit beside the clicks that produced them.

How it works

Four steps, then it runs itself

Google Ads APIMicrosoft Ads APICallRailAntalyticsscheduled sync · normalizeaccount mappingReporting databasedaily totals, per accountYour dashboardrefreshed daily
STEP 01

Connect

We authorize access to your advertising accounts once, through each platform’s own consent screen. You can revoke it at any time.

STEP 02

Map

Your business is mapped to its specific ad accounts and call-tracking numbers. Nothing outside that mapping is ever queried.

STEP 03

Sync

A nightly job collects the previous day and records the result. If a platform is down or a sync fails, we see it the next morning.

STEP 04

Report

Your dashboard reads from the stored data. Same numbers every time, traceable back to the day and campaign they came from.

Under the hood

Technical detail, for the people who ask for it

Antalytics is built and maintained in-house. It reads from advertising platforms and writes nothing back to them — campaign management stays where it belongs, in the platform itself.

  • Read-only API access. No campaign, budget, keyword or bid is ever changed by the platform.
  • OAuth 2.0 authorization, revocable by the account owner at any time.
  • Credentials encrypted at rest and never shown in the interface or in a report.
  • No personal data about the people who saw or clicked your ads is requested or stored.
  • Every sync run logged with its status, date range and row count.

Who it’s for

If you spend money on ads, you should be able to see what it did

Service businesses

Home services, trades and repair, where most leads arrive as phone calls and the ad platforms only tell half the story.

Multi-channel advertisers

Anyone running Google and Microsoft together who needs the two compared honestly rather than reported separately.

Owners and operators

People who want one page that answers “is this working” without opening four logins to find out.

Marketing managers

Teams reporting upward who need numbers that hold up when someone asks where they came from.
