Antalytics is an advertising reporting platform operated by CTRL+ALT Digital LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data Antalytics collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. It sits alongside the CTRL+ALT Digital website privacy policy, which covers our public website; where the two differ in respect of Antalytics, this policy governs.
1. What Antalytics is
Antalytics connects to advertising and call-tracking platforms on behalf of CTRL+ALT Digital and the clients we manage, retrieves performance data for those clients’ accounts, and stores it so it can be reported on. Reporting is delivered to clients as Google Looker Studio dashboards that read from our reporting database.
2. Data we collect
Antalytics retrieves and stores aggregate advertising performance data, including:
- Dates, campaign names and identifiers, and ad group names and identifiers
- Impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion actions and conversion value
- Advertising account identifiers and names for the accounts being reported on
- Call records and attribution data from connected call-tracking systems
Antalytics does not collect or store personally identifiable information about the end users who see or interact with advertisements. It does not receive or process advertising audience lists, user identifiers, or remarketing data.
3. Google user data
Antalytics’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- Data retrieved from the Google Ads API is used solely to produce advertising performance reporting for the account owner.
- We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google Ads data to third parties.
- We do not use Google Ads data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to reporting.
- We do not allow humans to read this data except where required for security, to comply with law, or with the account owner’s explicit consent.
- Antalytics requests read-only reporting access and performs no write operations on any advertising account.
4. Credentials and authorization
Access to advertising platforms is authorized by an administrator of the connected account using OAuth 2.0. Antalytics stores the resulting refresh token, together with the OAuth client secret and developer token, encrypted at rest. Credentials are never displayed to client users, included in reports, or shared with third parties.
Authorization can be withdrawn at any time by revoking Antalytics’ access from the connected Google account’s security settings, or by contacting us. Revoking access immediately stops all further data retrieval.
5. How data is used
Stored performance data is used only to report to the advertiser whose accounts it came from. Each client is mapped to its own advertising accounts, and every dashboard is scoped to that mapping. One client’s data is never aggregated into or shown through another client’s reporting.
6. Storage, retention and deletion
Data is stored in a private managed database accessible only to authorized CTRL+ALT Digital personnel and the Antalytics application. Historical performance data is retained so that reporting can show performance over time.
Advertisers may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us. On request or on termination of the client relationship, that client’s stored performance data and account mappings are deleted.
7. Sharing
We do not sell data. It is shared only where operating the service requires it — the managed database and hosting providers that run the platform, and Google Looker Studio, which renders client dashboards from our database — or where the law requires it.
8. Security
Credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to the application and its database is restricted to authorized personnel. Connections to advertising platform APIs use encrypted transport.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
