The mortgage industry is booming right now and we’re fortunate to have many clients in the mortgage industry who rely on us for marketing and technology solutions. We created a cloud-hosted web application to help American Portfolio Mortgage Corporation(APMC) convert its Excel-managed reporting to a web-based business intelligence application. We integrated APIs to pull in third-party data to save time eliminating large amounts of manual data input, user error and delayed data updates. This has been a valuable time saver for APMC employees and third-party vendors so far to see the status of loans quickly, and in turn, helps them more efficiently process and communicate with clients faster. We were excited to alleviate the manual Excel process and to automate data by using the latest .NET Core framework and various Azure services.

We completed the project in under six months and for the past five years, continue to add features to help make the process even more streamlined on an ongoing basis to support the loan data that has tripled in size.
